I think my mom, Bebe, is the prettiest lady I have ever known. Not only has she always had an eye for fashion but her heart is one to be emulated. I remember as a young girl pulling out the top drawers of her small dresser in her closet and playing dress up for hours in her beautiful jewels and tiaras. She had been a beauty queen by the world's standards, but in my eyes, my mom; her heart, laugh, and nurturing strength, were just a taste of the beauty this little girl hoped to be like one day. And then, there was my Grandma's top drawer and all the treasures she kept there. Hours on end while the grown ups were playing cards or talking about things I could care less about, I would spend with my sisters wearing our Grandma's jewels and stilettos, pretending to go to the ball.
It is in light of this that bebe&boo was started. We truly believe that every woman's heart was designed to be beautiful. What we wear on the inside will always be seen by the discerning eye. What we wear on the outside is simply a reflection of our tastes and who we are...it will never take the place of our inner beauty...beauty that will last us a lifetime.
